Hi I was reading Broadband RF and Microwave amplifiers by Andrei Grebennikov, Narendra Kumar, Binboga S. Yarman and came across this figure.

I know that the highlighted TL in blue is used to absorb the output capacitance of the gain stage but what is the purpose of another TL that is marked in red?. Could someone please elaborate. Thanks
