How to get the correct layout for microstrip design in schematic of ADS? How to represent the transistor, DC voltage source, and the ground in layout and how to get the correct dimensions? kindly Please have a look to attached microstrip design and advice me if it can be directly transferred to layout and fabricated or need to modify. Thank you Microstrip design.png

No, it can't. Not for your case with just MLIN wired together and lumped elements without footprint definition.

If you want to auto-generate the layout, you need a more detailed schematic that also includes layout-related elements like MBEND/MTEE, to give the connecting lines a defined direction. You also need models for the lumped components with defined footprint. See ADS examples.

Thanks for the information. How about the transistors and DC voltage sources and ground?
