i dont think that in Dubai native citizens would work as engineers... they are rich enough :D

if there are such companies, most work is probably done by foreigneers from Pakistan, India, etc...

USD, some ppl r really paid equal or more than 100kUSD/yr in taiwan

Does anybody know what is the salary in INDIA for asic verification /design engineers with 8 -10 yrs experience.

I left India in 2008. Based on my experience, I think it could vary quite well (may be the lower end is 10 LPA, the higher 25 LPA, if you are really an exception...I have seen people earning that amount).
 

Salaries in ASIA

NOW in the Philippines fresh graduates got a salary of $1041 per month if OT is paid it mostly come up with 1200 USD a month... If experienced here $2083.33... because Philippines is next to Japanese when it terms of technology... Especially Hardware Engineers.....

I have been looking for analog design job in China after I got laid off one year ago. After submitting many applications, I have received NO response. Can someone tell me why?

My background
master degree in microelectronics from university of toronto, canada.
8 year Canada and U.S. working experience in analog design (USB2.0, PLL, etc.)
asked for local (china) salary package
currently living in hong kong

I dont know abt China, but in India, for a profile of your kind, you will definitely get a job.

I feel in india , u will get good salary compare to any other country. In india , u will get most of things very cheap compare other country..
Healthcare is very cheap in india..

I want to know a average salary (before and after taxes) in South Korea for the analog/mixed-signal design engineer. Work experience - more than 5 years, Education level - PhD.
