In the two tone simulation of power amplifier design, how much should be the spacing between the two tones? Thanks in advanced

Spacing?
I don't know what you want to achieve, but in case you want some IMD simulation, both frequencies need to be at the same time.

They should be close as possible so that 3rd Order IM Products are visible In-band..
