Hello,

Im trying to view setup and hold times, but i cant seem to figure out the difference between the following:

(for either min or max delay type):
report_timing -path_type summary -max_paths 10000
report_timing -start_end_pair -path_type summary
report_timing -cover_design -path_type summary

I read the documentation, but i dont quite understand it. They all return different # of paths in some cases, and same # of paths in others, and i cant see the pattern.
What i want to do is, report ALL paths (in summary mode) so i can read the setup/hold times in the 3rd column easily, whether violating or not.
But i cant figure out which option to use to get FULL coverage and whats the difference between these options (none, -start_end_pair, -cover_design).

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
