Hi,
We are designing a 240VAC input , 10W Buckboost LED driver. LED bank is 30V.
We are limited to using only offtheshelf inductors because of cost. The inductor needs to be rated to 400V due to high mains peak plus some margin. The problem is that we can only find one offtheshelf inductor family with a 400V rating….thats the Wurth WE-PD-HV series…..

Wurth WE-PD-HV series inductors.

This limits things a bit…..specially in temrs of supply issues……do you know of any other offtheshelf inductors rated to 400V?…most offtheshelf inductors don’t even say what their voltage rating is. One assumes its high, but you never know what cheap coating they may have put on the enamelled wire.

For example this family doesnt even say what is the voltage rating...

Digikey doesnt even offer to sort offtheshelf inductors on voltage rating....

Nope. I've seen two off the shelf inductors that reference voltage ratings, one is the wurth series you linked and a second is a series from Pulse:
