TP-Link Gigabit PCI Express Network Adapter - Unstable

Hi,

I have attached TP LINK Gigabit PCI Express Network Adapter - TG-3468 in the PCI Express slot of the motherboard on Desktop Windows 10 machine. It appears in the device manage. I need to connect ZYBO board to run LwIP example. When I connect the ZYBO board, the connection become unstable, see attachment. Any idea how to fix that ?
