Hi
Could someone tell me the bandwidth comparision of below configurations preferably with formulas
1. Common Source Stage amplifier
2. Cascode amplifier
3. Triple stack amplifier
4. Differential amplifiers made of above 3 configurations i.e Common source differential amplifier, Cascode differential amplifier, and Triple stack differential amplifier.

Re: what is the bandwidth achieved for the given configurations

For s single stage, Gain * Bandwidth product is constant. Gain of triple cascode >cascode > common source. Hence Bandwidth of Common source > cascode> triple cascode

For the differential configuration, you have not mentioned whether you want the power to be same or not. Without that it won't be a fair comparison.
