Getting an error in icc2_shell. Need help

Hi EDABoard,

I'm getting started with the synopsys ICC2 physical design compiler and I'm getting this error. I'm guessing this error is nothing to do with the libraries but regarding the software installation. I do not have access to solvenet so I'm not able to find any solution online. Please Let me know if you guys know how to fix this.

Error: App option 'lib.configuration.icc_shell_exec' must be specified: there are Milkyway library to convert. (LIB-090)

PS: The coommand I was running was
create_lib -technology tech.tf - ref_libs {path/to/ref_libs} top
