Hello everyone,

Currently i need a DC to AC inverter that will have an output of frequency 100khz.
The input is 12v DC & 0.5A.
This is for wireless power transfer purpose.

The flow diagram :
12 VDC 0.5a > inverter 100khz > tx coil || rx coil > rectifier > load (12v 0.5a max)

1) May i know the recommendation of the MOSFET model that is suitable for this ? pwm will be generated by arduino.

2) Also is there a built H-bridge thingy that i can buy offshelves and just program the frequency ? if so please give me a recommendation of the model.

Thankyou.

Can you post the schematic diagram of your circuit ?

You can you use ...
a) A Full H-Bridge or
b) A Half H-Bridge or
c) A single MOSFET

Are you designing a LC Resonant circuit?

This example pre-built device, does come with a 12 Volt 700ma (output) option.
Wireless-Charging

Some units are only 40% efficient.
So, the input current would be 1.75 Amps (input) = 700 ma (output) / 40%

Hi, thanks, im looking at option "a". hence i need recommendation for the Mosfet model that can meet the specs

You should familiarize yourself with what's already available. You can buy these off the shelf, or find chips that do it all and give complete application circuits:

Hi, i'm wondering if the "IMS-2B" will work ??

its specs is :
Details
Rated voltage: 3V-15V
Rated current: 50 A
peak current: 110 A
switching frequency: 1 K to 200 kHz
