There is no error description, and we don't know what to look for.
I assume this way it's impossible to help.

--> give a detailed error description
* tell us your test setup and testing parameters
* use (hand drawn) sketches
* tell us what you expect
* tell us what not is like expected.
* maybe show (pictures of) wiring
* maybe show scooe pictures
* what have you dobe to debug the circuit
* what are your debugging results

When referring to the schematic, give page number and part names.

Generally to your schematic:
* I see (unused) inputs of devices left open. Be sure they are not floating.
* It seems you have drawn some part symbols on your own. With the pin order like the physical package...and just pad numbers. This makes no sense in schematics. Use (symbols) instead and show the pin function.
