Simulation of nanoantenna in CST Studio

Hi. My diploma project is "Ti3C2 nanofilms in antenna techique".
The main part of my work is Ti3C2 nanofilm antenna simulation.
I tried to create the model of this antenna, https://advances.sciencemag.org/content/4/9/eaau0920
but I failed.
I spent a lot of time trying to find an information about creating model of nanofilm antenna in CST Microwave Studio, Altair FEKO, Ansoft HFSS, etc...
But I couldn't find anything that can help me.
Maybe you found any information?
