Can TX message Local buffer is not updating.(autosar)

In this project can standard messages has to be implemented.. It have 6 tx messages that are configured. During testing When I am checking in canoe
Out of 6 tx messages 2 messages are not getting updated. Checked the signal of these message but still not showing any value updated by me.
Testing procedure.....
I am using Trace 32 to set value in tx buffer
And checking whether those value are showing in Canoe or not.
