Do you know what is likelihood of occurrence of tolerance extremes of L6564?

For a test result distribution you would have to contact the manufacturer but I would imagine they specify slightly wide of all expected results.
I've never had any problems using that device.

It's not just a likelihood, a temperature extreme is probably needed too.
However, I don't understand why you ask the question. A professional design must work for all values in the specified range,
and I can't see that the exact value for V(ZCDT) could be critical in any way.
