CADSTAR component missing in mechanical view

For some reason two connectors are not shown in the mechanical view (when you change the default view to "PCB Mechanical" in tab View)

I can't find any difference with other connectors (who are shown in the mechanical view, on the same PCB) in the library
 

Have a look at your colours setup, check if the layers are correctly turned on.

What version of cadstar is this?
Can you show a screenshot of this "mechanical view" ? as I do not recognise this tab?
 

Sure! I'm using CADSTAR 18.0 patch 2

Did you consider the possible trivial reason that there's not 3D model for these components in the library?
