Test a TVS diode in a circuit

Hi
I have a TVS Diode(LCDA24) in circuit which can't be taken out. I want to test whether it's OK or not.
In diode test mode:
On the first diode, i am getting OL reading when forward and reverse biased between Pin 1 and 8 and so on
While the other diode shows 1.7V when reverse biased between Pin 1 and 8 and OL when forward biased.
 

Not sure what you mean by “ first diode”. These are back-to-back diodes. They should measure OL in both directions, unless you’ve exceeded the zener voltage, which is not likely. Of course, you’re also measuring the surrounding circuitry...
