Hi,
Can I know the ASIC gate count of Spartan-6, Artix-7, Kintex-7 and Kintex ultrascale+. Or else I want to know how to calculate ASIC gate count using their respective logic cells.

Gate equivalent is an ASIC terminology and not related to FPGAs. FPGAs are basically composed of LUTs, Flops and MUXes. It is difficult to make exact comparisons.

Here are some threads from Xilinx forums discussing the issue you have in mind.

For early FPGA families, manufacturers calculated an equivalent gate count. I believe it was done because developers where unfamiliar do the correct FPGA resource metric at those times. As discussed in previous threads linked by dpaul, the equivalent is rather inaccurate and varies between design types.

If you want to calculate the actual ASIC resource count for a design, make a test implementation.

I also assume gate count can vary between technologies so isn't really a valid generic measure either.
