Stud mounted parts with metric threads

Were can stud mounted parts be found with metric threads?

For instance the suffix M denotes metric for many of Vishays line of stud mounted parts https://www.digikey.com/products/en?keywords=VS-70HFR120m and they aren't in stock in neither mouser or digikey and are by far more costly than UNF parts which seem to be the only available parts.
 

It depends on the market the manufacturer is targeting to. European manufacturers like Semikron have most (all?) parts with metric studs.

But what's the actual problem? You get imperial tap drills and nuts much easier than special versions of a specific semiconductor.
