MIM CAP is giving DRC and LVS errors.

HI,

I am designing an amplifier and have used MIM CAP as a coupling capacitor.
It's model is : mimcap_6m_1p5

In Layout I am getting DRC error as follows:

VIA4.W.1 { @ Width (maximum = minimum except for seal-ring and fuse protection ring) = 0.1
@ VIA4.R.1 45-degree rotated VIA is not allowed
A = NOT RECTANGLE VIA4 == VIA4_W_1 BY == VIA4_W_1 ORTHOGONAL ONLY
A NOT VIA_EXD

VIA4.EN.1 { @ Enclosure by Mx or M1 >= 0.00
VIA4 NOT M4
}

And capacitor is not even recognized during LVS.

Please help me with the issue.
