hi everybody:
I need to design a qvco which works at 25Ghz,and i use the IBM 0.13um Bicmos technology,but something wrong happened when I simulated.There are three questions.
first.when I simulated the vco using S-qvco and P-qvco architecture, but I canÂ’t simulate S-qvco better than P-qvco, I can only simulate S-qvco for -93dBc@1M,P-qvco for -100dBc@1M,how to optimize it.
second. using cadence to simulate the in cadence,the phase noise derivate more than 10dBc for different pss simulation time,etc 100ns,200ns,300ns
third. I cant using APS to accelerate while simulating in cadence, are there something mistakes setting
have anyone met this question before.
