You learn how to use it by reading the userguide.txt file in the doc folder.

Did you even make the effort to unarchive the tag.gz file?
 

I'm looking at it right now and there is nothing in the userguide.txt file that says anything about a path.

Maybe you should be more clear about what you are reading and POST the relevant text.
