Degradation of CTR of TCLT1009 opto with time?

You would have to ask the manufacturer for their anticipated figures. From experience, I would say to expect about 1% of 'new' CTR per year of continuous use if driven at recommended current.
They normally outlive the product life with no serious degradation.
