Hi all,

Can anyone guide for a low budget isolated channel oscilloscope?

Youtube has videos demonstrating various homebrew oscilloscopes. Some are led matrix (usually 9 x 9 or 81 x 81). These can be driven by a few cheap IC's. Program code is unnecessary.

Some are lcd displays with better resolution. Frequently driven by an Arduino with code.

Cleverscope
Siglent isolated handhelds
Differential probes can be added to any scope

Portable scopes on battery are floating and are probably floating when plugged in through an isolated wall wart. Any scope can be floated...but be careful touching any floating scope..
