I am building a 4 digit voltmeter PCB 10 cm by 15 cm and I tried all the alignments possible but still no way,I also tried to copy the schematic and tried auto placer tool (PROTEUS 8.6) . Any ideas ??
Thanks in advance...

Hi,

First
* draw the complete schematic
* then use two layer PCB
* then do the placement according the schematic (display controller, power supply capacitors, most important signals, least important signals)
(I´d try to rotate the controller 90° clock wise and place it below the displays)

Hi,

The schematic is a mess.
Clean it up. Use GND symbols. They don't cost a thing.
Avoid unnecessary crossings, avoid unnecessary junction dots, place junction dots where they belong to.

DP current limiting resistor missing.

Single layer PCB is feasible for a simple circuit like this, but you need jumper wires.
