Working of the circuit at 95 MHz

Hi ,

somebody please explain to me the working of the below circuit. It is placed in IF section of 95 MHz.

Q2 and Q1 act as a Cascode Amplifier, Q4 and Q3 serve Current Source.The Current Source seems temperature compensated.
