Re: I'm looking for this EEPROM Datasheet

    Hi,

Many 25x128 EEPROMs are compatible with each other.
But without vendor name and "x" you can't be safe.

    google 13E40

i saw a photo of your chip on a green background

    right below the images:

TN-12-24: Serial Flash Product Marks - Micron Technology, Inc.
    https://www.micron.com/-/media/clien...pi_marking.pdf
    search the pdf for 128
i think your chip is on page 16

I wonder if Micron 25Q128A chip can be replaced directly by Winbond W25Q128FV?
    Thank you.

In most applications, yes. It depends which operation modes are utilized. Worst a case an application is reading the manufacturer ID and accepting to other chips.

Micron 25Q128A 13EC0 soic-8 used as BIOS chip

    - - - Updated - - -

    I'm not sure meaning of 13EC0 ....

    - - - Updated - - -

    A - 65 nm
1 = byte addressability , Hold pin, Numonyx XiP ???
    3 = Vcc = 2.7 to 3.6 V
    So what is EC0?
