I'm working on passive mixer of single balanced which has two LOs of 180 degrees out of phase.
But the I would like to perform iip3 simulation using cadence spectre. The problem is the mixer out put tones having all the harmonics. i.e fin+/-n*flo1+/-n*flo2.where as I'm only required fin and flo1 iip3..
Please note that flo1=flo2, expect they are 180degree out of phase..
Please help me
