Hi i m designing Physiotherapy device to supply variable intensity current to human skin

I have understood the human skin impedance. I have 12V power supply which needs to be boosted up to 140V and 0.14A current (max). I think for this application best suited topology is Current controlled. Need your suggestion how i can reach up to 140V.
