Help to find equivalent circuit model from .lib file obtained from hfss

Hello everyone.

Please help me to find an equivalent circuit of a microstrip antenna designed in hfss.

First I have designed a patch antenna in HFSS. Then I exported its equivalent circuit in a .lib file from matrix data option.

Now I want to generate circuit model from this .lib file using PSPICE. Please help me.
