Hi! I am trying to find eigenmodes of a rectangular cavity with a small spherical perturbation at its center at HFSS but the simulation doesn't even start. It says that those two objects intersect. What can we do?

Welcome toumbous,

The typical course of action is to subtract the smaller object from the larger (ensuring a clone is made), such that the objects no longer intersect.
