The Impedances have been given for 5GHz and 6GHz, so do an interpolation..

sorry I don't understand, so I can use Zin and Zload which are 5 Ghz

Interpolation is simple..
For instance let say , Zs1=2.62 - j15.6 @5GHz and Zs2=1.94 - j21.35 @6GHz.
Zs may roughly be around (Zs1+Zs2)/2 so Zs=2.28-18.475 Ohm@5.5Ghz

OK ??You can calculate it more precisely for 5.6GHz as you know the tendency..
