[SOLVED] Transistor model in ADS software

I have to use CGH35030F transistor in my design using ADS simulator. And there is no ADS model for this type of transistor. So, any advice about how to create ADS model of CGH35030F in order to be used in the design?

You cannot create its model, it's not possible.
But you may request-if it's possible- from Wolfspeed or
