    Do'nt work interup in ARDUINO

Hi, I hope your time is fine
I wrote my program with Interopet, but for the first time, no matter how much the second key (one of the interopts) is, I will not work until I turn the first key (to another interpolate patch) to start it completely, and then it works well too. What does it mean to you?
    I wrote with PCINT

    This works for me.

    https://www.arduino.cc/reference/en/...tachinterrupt/

    Show your code.

    Show your circuit.

    What doesn't work ?

INTx pins are used for external interrupts.
