Short cut icons missing in Matlab

Dear all,

All of a sudden all my shortcut icons went missing in matlab. I have attached the screenshot of it. How do i get it back. I specially need run and debug options.

Also my editor, current folder,command window and work space are appearing on different windows. how can i get it on the same window like below?
