Need Help Finding A Replacement Encoder

Trying to find a replacement mechanical encoder for a Sangean ATS-505 radio I own. The decoder is approximately 11 to 12mm square that's vertically mounted and has a total of 5 contacts, 3 for tuning up and down and 2 for a switch.

Not sure how many detentes but I am sure that anything between 16 and 24 should be OK.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Alfa_Rotary_Encoders.jpg
