    Error detected by hpeesofsim during netlist flattening.
    Subcircuit 'hemt_g28v3_r6_CGH40_r6' is already defined in file 'CGH40_r6/CGH40010F_r6_CGH40_r6', at or just before line '11'.
    Trying to redefine it in file `CGH40_r6/CGH40025F_r6_CGH40_r6', at or just before '11'.
    Please change the redefinition policy using 'Options' component if it is needed.

    It would be useful to see what the error refers to, please show a few lines before and including line 11.

    This is an issue with the configuration of the PDK Library that you are using. You probably can't fix this directly but ADS has a workaround option for you as suggested in the error message about adjusting the redefinition policy.

    In the schematic place an Options symbol. This element is available in all simulation palettes. Open this symbol for editing and show the Duplicate Definitions tab. By being set to Default all options operate as Error. You need to change the Duplicate Subcircuits setting to either Ignore or Warning. Warning means that you will still see the same message but the simulation will proceed and not terminate due to error. Ignore will also proceed to simulation but you do not see any message displayed.
