I tried to connect the ground wire for board with mounting hole in the PCB.But while pouring ground copper,it not connecting with mounting holes pad.

How to connect the copper pour with mounting holes..?

You did not specify what CAD is using, but as a rule, these drills are created in the schematic scope (eg, a component composed only of a huge Via), and you ground it there, so that these holes will now be treated such as any other components which need to be routed.

Sorry I'm using Eagle PCB

Hi,

where do this "mounting holes" come from?
Is it a device from a library?
--> then you need to open the SCHEMATIC and connect the symbol pin to the GND Signal
if there is no symbol, then you need to modify the library

If you did just add a VIA, then you need to connect the via with the GND Signal.
