where can I get the design rules of LFoundry?I want to make layout but dont know which one is drain source or gate. Where to learn these from?

Several European universities have agreements with LFoundry; as a member of them you may get a design and layout course, and - against signing an NDA - access to an LFoundry C@dence Virtuoso PDK for design & layout of an MPW project.

Here the connections for your MOS transistor. The Gate can be accessed from both sides.

Not sure this is correct. Assuming this is a simple mos device then the connections are S/D(gate) on left or right, GATE(Drain) on top, body(Source) on bottom.

You could be right, rangermad - this is one more possibility - if red is the gate poly and green the channel.
