Ploting harmoniq frequency-vtune diagram of QVCO issue

I am trying to plot the frequency change per unit of tuning voltage. I have done hb analysis and tried to plot harmonic frequency for the first harmonic but I get the following error and I can't understand the reason as the process is too simple. Does anybody knows why it happens? Thanks in advance!!
