Dear SIR,
How can i determine the frequency drift of an oscillator (ppm/°C) across a wide temperature sweeping from 0°C and 90°C. Taking account that the first frequency is 4.511 GHZ and the last is 4.5 GHz. I'm so grateful to help me.
Sincerely

Measure it ?? Or simulation ..
You cannot find this drift analytically because oscillator behavior is -in general speaking- nonlinear.
