I have several input pins that they are connected to either Vdd or Vss. The single pole double through (SPDT) switch can realize this function.

I need these switches to solder on the PCB board. However, I found that the SPDT switches are very large.

Is there any tiny switch can achieve my goal.

The DIP switch is small, but it can only realize on and off function.

Thanks.

Set an input hi by default via a high-ohm resistor to supply V+ (pull-up resistor).

Then close the SPST (dip switch) when you want to make the input low (pull down to 0v ground).

Hi,

I assume you did no research on your own.

Almost never an SPDT switch us used.
In at least 99% they use an ON/OFF switch with pullup or pulldown..

The pullup/pulldown may be inside the chip (like in microcontrollers. You need to read the datasheet)

I really appreciate your reply, BradtheRad, and KlausST.

Yes, one SPST can realize the function.
