While doing sanity checks to the NETLIST, Tool gives the information of
1. Floating pins
2. Unconstrained pins
3. Undriven input ports
4. Unloaded output ports
5. Pin direction mismatch
6. Multiple drivers.
7. Unresolved nets

Can anyone please explain all the above mentioned clearly?

which tool, context?

INNOVUS tool

Then you did a lot of mistakes, a netlist this bad should not make it to physical synthesis. You have a lot of pins that are not connected to anything, you have inputs connected to outputs, etc. Also lots of unconstrained pins that have no load associated. These names are pretty self-explanatory, I don't know what is so hard to understand.
