Please advice about a programmer That I can use to program LPC922F Microcontroller

As well as following too

IDE to program

Flash software

Thanks in advanced
 

Hi,

What I'd do:
* Look at the manufacturer internet site
* Read the datasheet
* Read additional documents
* decide what programming language you want to use.
