MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracking) is a method to optimize an output impedance matching condition for energy conversion circuit.

Output impedance of energy conversion circuit change for different load condition.

If input impedance does not change so much, MPPT is effective.
This is true for solar battery as energy conversion circuit.
Rather concept of input impedance matching almost does not exist in solar battery.

However input impedance change fairly for different load condition in UHF rectifier.
Input impedance matching is very important in UHF rectifier.

Is MPPT effective for UHF rectifier ?
