Difference between NETLIST and GOLDEN NETLIST?

can anyone explain it clearly?
 

Any netlist is a netlist. "Golden" means somebody has blessed
it for correctness. You would like to believe them, but should
you?

but with what it is blessed with...r there any technical blessings?
 

Its simple...

GOLDEN Netlist --> verified for its correctness and has been passed/signed-off by the project_lead/manager
NETLIST --> any netlist which is not the golden netlist

I like your comment. I was never a believer, and am always skeptical of "the others" :laugh:
