Hi all,

I wanted to know about accuracy of converter efficiency using PSIM thermal model of mosfet as compared to level 2 model. What are other simulation software which can give near accurate power loss calculations of power electronic converters. Thanks.

Spice simulators can simulate and report efficiency. You mentioned measurement and simulation. I hope it is simulation you meant.
