Need suggestion for wireless coding

hi all
am involving in developing a project called wireless water management system.... (wireless water level controller)
am using e32 433 t30d rf wireless transceiver in our project...
am new to programming herewith i had attached my transmitter code and the receiver code for reference and i will add the proteus simulation too.
kindly gothrough it and let me know if any changes
am using uart receive interrupts for receiving the data ....
sometimes its hangs in the receive interrupts!
kindly give me your valuable suggestions

TX for motor side
RX for tank side
