Little blue radial Y capacitors for offline power supplies

Hi,
Does anyone know where those nice, small , radial Y capacitors that are light blue in color are found?
They are kind of a rounded disc kind of shape.
They are across the transformers of almost all offline <75W SMPS's from China.
(value 2n2)

All i can find is these bulky ones which are too big for us...
