Im doing a custom PCB single sided which is not a circuit actually its to be used in a circuit its quite large 318mm x 318mm thus I cannot find a quality toner transfer product so as to etch it with muratic acid & h2o2 solution. I looked into fabing it by a pcb house and the gerbers are not to proportion and also it costs plenty more than simply etching it. Perhaps there is a specific companies which would print with a laser printer to a sheet that large? I am unsure what laser printers can actually print to the required dimensions. I also had a CNC quote which exceeds the cost of a PCB house fabing it.
