I am new to RF system design and PCB layout
I have a couple of questions :
I am currently working on a downconverter system design from 20 GHz to 30 GHz .

1. There is a QFN package in the design. If I would like to connect the QFN to a CPW , would it be just a linear taper of some length ? Also, what is the best way to model it ? I am using AWR for system simulation . I can look into HFSS , but I am not sure how should I setup the port there . Is there some material I can look for

2. Same for if I have a die . How would I connect to a CPW line considering the Bandwidth . The complcation here is I dont have model for the die.
